If you have purchased with us already, we won't contact you, as we already know your size!, and will proceed to the packaging straight away!
Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange your items, you can do so within fourteen (14) days of received and at your expenses (please use traceable or signed for services as you are responsible for the item(s) until we receive them!). We will accept your item(s) back if they are unworn/ unwashed, with it's original tags and packaging and in fully re-sellable conditions.
In case of returns, we will refund you the full amount you paid within 2-3 working days, once we received your item(s).
In case of exchanges, once we received your item(s) back, we will invoice you the amount of £3.95 for re-sending the new item(s), and once paid, we will re-send them within 2 working days.
