The term 'UKinkalla' or 'us' or 'we' refers to the owner of the website which as registered this domain. The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of our website.
These terms apply to products ordered via the internet and over the phone. Internet offers relate to internet transactions only and may not be available over the phone.

This website contains material is owned by or licensed to UKinkalla or by the individual companies or retailers for which UKinkalla has agree to facilitate the sale through this website.
The content included is not limited to brand and brand names, design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. It is protected by intellectual property laws including, but not limited to Copyright. Use of these materials for a purpose other than to view or purchase the products displayed on this website is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent or the consent of the material owner.
The content of the pages may be subject to change without notice.
The prices on this website are in Pound Sterling (£) unless specified. If you are paying using a foreign account a commission may be charge by your bank. This is totally out of our control and these charges will not be refunded by us.
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rates where applicable. Please be aware that if you are purchasing from outside UK or from a European Union country you could be charge with import duty in your country when receiving your product. This charge is payable by you in accordance with the rules governing the import of goods of your country and may be requested and processed by the currier company prior to the delivery of the goods to you.
While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered (whether this by our error or an error by any third party), we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of re-confirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you have already paid for the goods and the order is subsequently cancelled, you will receive a full refund.
4. Placing an Order
Orders and purchases can be made via the www.ukinkalla.co.uk website or via phone following the steps indicated in this website. Once the order is processed by our website and payment details and a valid e-mail address is provided we will send you an e-mail confirming your order details.
UKinkalla has the right to refuse orders until payment is received in full, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it. Order acceptance and processing times will take place at which point the products you have ordered are dispatched to be delivered to the address you have provided.
In the event that we are unable to supply the goods at the price or conditions in the order, we will notify you of any changes and if the goods ordered are not available we may offer you substitute goods whereby you will be asked to re-confirm your order at the new price and/or specification. You are not obliged to accept any substitute goods and will be entitled to receive a full refund if your payment has been processed.
At the moment UKinkalla is only able to process direct PayPal account payments, so you are protected by Paypal secure payments. Other payment options will be available in the future.
Your order is not complete until payment is received in full. This includes delivery costs unless specified. If payment is later returned, it will be processed after confirming products are returned in line with our return policy and will be submitted to your bank or PayPal account as indicated in our filed. This does not affect any other rights we may have.
Delivery will be made with the following options:
Free UK delivery: parcels to the UK will be dispatched either from England or Germany within 1-2 working days from the moment you place your order. Please check your junk/span folder as we will try to contact you from our email address email@example.com regarding your order before dispatching it.
Parcels dispatched from England are sent through Royal Mail and are expected to be delivered within 3 to 4 working days (*)
Parcels dispatched from Germany are sent through Die Deutsche Post or DHL and are expected to be delivered within 4 to 6 working days (*)
Deliveries to Germany will be done locally through the Die Deutsche Post or DHL and are expected to be delivered within 2-3 working days (*)
Deliveries to France will be done locally through La Poste and are expected to be delivered within 3 working days (*)
Deliveries to Switzerland will be done locally through the Swiss Post and are expected to be delivered within 2 working days (*)
For other international deliveries we will be using the most convenient provider which may vary from country to country; deliveries within the EU countries are expected to be delivered within 5-7 working days. Rest of the world, 7 to 12 working days (*)
(*) Please bear in mind that the expected times we provide are approximate as we rely on delivery services estimates
Please note that our definition of Working Day is all days, from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays and that delivery times are not guaranteed.
Please ensure you provide with a complete and valid delivery address. We do not except responsibility for delays due to a cause beyond our control. If you do not receive the products ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, we will have no liability to you unless you notify us of the problem in writing at our contact address within 10 days of the date on which you ordered the products.
7. Cancellation and Returns:
If, for any reason you wish to do so, you have the right to cancel any order you have placed (other than in respect of products made to your specification, clearly personalised). You may cancel an order at any point from placing the order up to fourteen (14) calendar days, from the day after the products have been delivered to you. This is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To cancel an order, please e-mail us to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have contacted us to cancel before dispatching your order, your order will have been cancelled and money will be refunded.
If your order has been dispatched by the time you request to cancel your order, please contact us and we will provide a return address for you to return your order. We will issue a full refund of the items we receive as long as they are in good resealable conditions with all it's original packaging.
If you return and order to us, we strongly recommend recorded or signed for delivery so the parcel is insured and tractable. You must take reasonable care of the goods while in your care and they will be returned at the customers cost, otherwise the returned goods may be rejected.
Return postage is at the cost of the buyer. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the products.
In case of exchanges, once we received your item(s) back, we will invoice you the amount of £3.90 for re-sending the new item(s), and once paid, we will re-send them within 1 or 2 working days.
