    Please note that all our orders are dispatched from England mainland, therefore orders to any country outside the UK will be subject to customs at the recipients country. Please bear in mind, custom charges vary from country to country and they can be unpleasantly high.
  • Delivery times?
    Delivery times can vary a bit from country to country. - UK deliveries: free of charge(*) and it normally takes 3-6 working days - EU deliveries: a little extra is charged and it normally takes 4-6 working days (depending on the country). HOWEVER, we offer free EU delivery on our european website www.ukinkalla.com - International deliveries: a little extra is charged and it normally takes 9-14 working days (depending on the country) Please bear in mind that the expected times we provide are approximate as we rely on delivery services estimates :) (*) First UK delivery free of charge. However, if you wish to exchange your item(s), you can do so at your expenses (please use traceable or signed for services as you are responsible for the item(s) until we receive them!). Once we received your item(s) back, we will invoice you the amount of £3.90 for re-sending you the new item(s), and once paid, we will re-send them within 1 or 2 working days.
  • I'm not sure about what size to choose!
    We can definitely help you with that! Send us an email with the following information through our contact form or email address ukinkalla@gmail.com 1) Are you looking for Chocolaticas flats or Double Topping high heels? 2) What's your most common size? Like UK 6 but sometimes UK 7, or always UK 6? 3) Do you have narrow, standard or wide foot? 4) Any particular conditions? Like high instep, orthopaedic insoles, etc... 5) From the following picture, what foot shape you reckon is closest to yours? PS: The more information you can provide the better! :)
  • The shoe model or size you want is not available on our website?
    Please contact us through our contact form or email address ukinkalla@gmail.com We work along the stock available in the European and US warehouses, so if your shoe is available in any of those warehouses, we will definitely be able to get it for you! And if it's not available at the moment, we can add you to our "Wish List" and will contact you as soon as we see them back in stock!
  • Haven't heard from us? When will my parcel be dispatched?
    When you place an order, you do it through your PayPal account and therefore the details we received from you are: - Name and surname, - Email address, - Delivery address and - Telephone number (if you've it set it in your account) We contact by email all NEW clients that are buying shoes to check upon their size before posting them (as shoe sizes can vary from brand to brand). However, if you don't use the email address of your PayPal account, you probably haven't seen our emails, so please check the inbox of your PayPal email address and look out for an email with the subject "Your UKinkalla Order #xxx" If you still can't find our emails, please check your Spam folder! Different email providers act differently with new incoming emails. If you still can't find our emails, please do contact us and we will happily help you :)
  • Your order was dispatched but you haven't received it yet?
    Please bear in mind that the expected times we provide are approximate as we rely on delivery services estimates, and if you haven't received your parcel within the next 4-5 working days, please check your letter box or ask your neighbour for a "You missed your parcel" card!. Please check your post box, house bins or any other place that the post man could use to leave your parcels. If you haven't received your parcel within 6-7 working days of dispatched, please contact us, we will happily assist you until you received your parcel :)
  • No Paypal? No Problem!
    We know that Paypal makes it mega hard to find the Guest Check Out (part of their business to try get more customers on board, I understand). HOWEVER, if you really don't want to sign up with them, we have another alternatives: 1) Contact us with your order details and we'll send you a "direct" Paypal invoice - yes, this way it does work to pay as Guest with you debit or credit card 2) Contact us with your order details and we can issue an off-line invoice for you to pay via bank transfer
  • Off-line order? no debit/credit card?
    If you wish to place an off-line order, because you don't have neither a Paypal account nor a debit/credit card, please contact us and we'll hapily help you with an alternative :)
  • Layaway?! Paying my order in installments?!
    Yes!, layaway plans are great for planning your cheeky treats throughout the year and for those special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries and Christmas presents!!! You can pay your orders with INSTALLMENTS, at your own pace through a Paypal invoice :) This is how it works: ​ 1) Contact us regarding the items you would like to purchase through our Layaway plan and give us the due date that suits you best (within the next two months) ​ 2) We will issue a Paypal invoice which will keep track of all the installments till you pay your order in full ​ 3) We will dispatch your order within the next working day after your order is paid in full Want to know more?   • Can I return or exchage my items?
    Yes! In simple words, if you wish to return or exchange your item(s), you can do so within fourteen (14) days of received and at your expenses (please use traceable or signed for services as you are responsible for the item(s) until we receive them!). We will accept your item(s) back if they are unworn/ unwashed, with it's original tags and packaging and in fully re-sellable conditions. ​ In case of returns, we will refund you the full amount you paid within 1 or 2 working days, once we received your item(s). In case of exchanges, once we received your item(s) back, we will invoice you the amount of £3.90 for re-sending the new item(s), and once paid, we will re-send them within 1 or 2 working days. FAIR AND SIMPLE! ​ Send us a message through our contact page including your order number and we will provide the address of the nearest and convenient return point. ​ IMPORTANT: Due to BREXIT, we only accept returns on orders within the UK.
